Our field team visits the address and speaks to people around it, without saying why. This is the part that tells you how a family is seen where they actually live, which no document can.

What we check

• Physical visit to the current and native address
• Whether the home is owned or rented
• Family members, occupations and standing
• Reputation among neighbours and locals
• Any past disputes known in the area
• Living situation and who stays there

What you get in the report

• What our investigator saw at the address
• A summary of what local enquiries returned
• Photographs of the property where it was safe to take them

The family being checked is never contacted or told. Enquiries are made without naming you or the reason.
